Those interested in running a shorter distance (roughly 5 miles) can form a relay team and divide the 25K distance (15.5 miles) into thirds with the relay exchange at the Hat Rock State Park trailhead on Hat Rock Rd.

AID STATIONS: Aid stations will be approximately 2.5 - 3 miles apart and will include water, PowerBar Energy Gels, & PowerBar Perform electrolyte replacement drink.

After the CCC Trail Runs we hope you will feel better prepared for the Columbia River Power Marathon, Half Marathon, 8K, Marathon Relay and 50K on September 21, 2013.

Ten miles of the Columbia River Power Marathon (miles 11-23) are on the same segment of the Lewis & Clark Trail that participants in the CCC 10 Mile Trail Run cover in this event.  The 50K course is the same course, but does the 25K segment from the CCC Runs rather than the 10 Mile segment or trail.
The CCC Runs are official training runs for the Columbia River Power Marathon & 50K
